Preparation

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. The spicy potatoes are usually served in large pieces. We fry them in plenty of oil for 10 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Once cooked, remove them and place them on absorbent paper. We add a pinch of salt and after a couple of minutes we put them on, toss a few tablespoons of our Bio Sun Mediterranean spicy sauce and they're ready!
